A brazed plate heat exchanger consists of a specific number of thin, acid-resistant plates, precisely formed by pressing, and stacked with every next plate rotated 180° to form a compact pack.
Features:
In a brazed heat exchanger, the plate pack is sealed permanently by being brazed under vacuum at very high temperatures. The assembly includes two end plates and connection ports on the front side. The result is a robust, space-saving exchanger with extremely high heat transfer efficiency. This efficiency is achieved through a specially designed primary plate pattern that promotes turbulent flow.
