Semi-Welded Plate Heat Exchanger

This type of exchanger is formed by laser welding two single plates flatly on top of each other. The advantage of this plate structure is that one side is fully sealed (welded), while the other side retains the traditional gasketed plate design, allowing for easy cleaning and assembly. The special gasket grooves between each pair of semi-welded plates enable the plate packs to be stacked easily, providing both assembly convenience and operational benefits.
